About: Off season lacrosse training focused on improving speed , strength, power, explosiveness, rotational speed, coordination, balance, conditioning, mobility, and flexibility to prepare your athlete for the upcoming season!

Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Times: 7pm-8:15pm

Dates: Oct 7th - Feb 12th

Location: Erie High School Weight Room

Pricing: Full training cycle (9 weeks/18 sessions remaining) - $172.99

Weekly training (2 sessions) - $20 per week
