  • Off season lacrosse training focused on improving speed , strength, power, explosiveness, rotational speed, coordination, balance, conditioning, mobility, and flexibility to prepare your athlete for the upcoming season!

  • Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

    Times: 7pm - 8:15pm

    Dates: Oct 7 - Feb 12

    Location: Erie High School Weight Room

  • Full registration - $299 per player (32 sessions)

    weekly registration - $20 per player (2 sessions)
